Head of Business Intelligence

The position reports to Group Chief – Retail Banking Group and will be responsible for playing a lead role in establishing a Business Intelligence (BI) culture in the Bank as part of a wider transformation program and improve the overall performance of the bank; perform business intelligence through big data analysis, conduct customer study and identify market trends; handle management reporting (Top Management and Distribution) through trackers, dashboards, MIS, etc; and undertake in-depth analysis on revenue lines (Net Interest Income I Non-Funded Income) highlighting suppressed I grey avenues and suggesting ways of improving/enriching them.

Head of Products & Market Segmentation

Largest and Most Prestigious Commercial Bank Jobs-The position reports to Group Chief – Retail Banking Group and will be responsible to lead the product portfolio and projects across the bank network to deliver business objectives as per approved strategy and plan; develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve revenue, cost & portfolio profitability objectives for Retail Bank; review, and re-launch Wealth Management I Investment Product Business; and lead a team of Product Managers to review, refine, develop & launch new products I business lines.

He/She will also manage the marketing budget, work closely with the Corporate Communications department to optimize advertising and promotional spend and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure development & implementation of the overall product strategy; initiate and develop marketing activities to maximize sales, cross-sales top-ups, and multi-product take and support strategic alliances, achieve process & level service improvements: provide expert advice and assistance on the existing retail liability product line to further enhance them; develop and deliver retail liability product strategy for retail customers across all businesses of the bank, monitor retail liabilities portfolio performance against business plans and budgets; ensure adherence to regulatory compliance pertaining to product portfolio, and ensure continuous training of the field staff and keep updated with the latest trends.

National Sales Manager

The position reports to Group Chief – Retail Banking Group and will be responsible to devise a detailed strategy for the business growth and future prospects and make sure that the Bank’s assigned target of sales is achieved through the Relationship Management network.

The incumbent will be responsible to establish procedure, policies and develop programs for sales and ensure its implementation through developing action plans for field sales; develop effective sales strategy, ensure its timely implementation and schedule a regular meeting with sales teams; and keep current with demand and supply of Bank’s products I services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.

He/She will also be responsible to monitor and ensure the successful achievement of the Bank’s sales goals across all its regions; liaise closely with the field force and provide support for efficient management of distribution network; oversee Bank’s sales performance at regional levels and monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition; review professional publications and establish personal networks across all regions and participate in developing marketing strategy by providing useful information from sales activities.
