Prescribed form shall be duly filled and fee shall be submitted in any of the g yen banks on fee receipt.

r A Candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.

F Information provided through the application form will be considered final for further posting

r In case of any wrong information/credentials provided or not fulfilling any of the advertised criteria, the candidate can be excluded from the whole process (even after the test).

aw, Form should be submitted to NTS along with attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, Academic / Experience Certificates.

‘ NTS test will serve for sho1lisng purpose only. The post-test process will be applied by the department itself in accordance with prevailing rules for shortlisted candidates only.

s’- Candidate will be responsible for outcomes arising from late form submission. p Original degrees/certificates & experience certificates shall be produced at

the time of the interview.

. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test I interviews. The last dale of applying is Thursday 06th February 2020 to NTS Headquarters “Street No. 04, 1-1-811, Islamabad.

Note:

NTS will not issue Roll No Slip through courier 1 postal service to any candidate Eligible candidates shall take a print out of their electronic Roll No. Slip (having a picture of the candidate) through the NTS website for appearing in tIne tests.
